Common questions about bringing the magic of Christmas to your event
What areas in Texas do you service for appearances?
Santa Paul is based in Boyd, Texas and primarily serves the North Texas region, including the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Weatherford, Aledo, Springtown, Azle, Decatur, Denton and surrounding areas. For events further away, please contact us directly to discuss travel arrangements and availability.
Is your beard real, and what kind of suit do you wear?
Yes! Santa Paul sports a 100% real, beautifully maintained snow-white beard. The suit is a premium, heavy velvet accented with traditional white fur trim and a genuine leather belt and boots to maintain absolute authenticity.
How far in advance should I book my holiday event?
Corporate events and community tree lightings often book out as early as July and August. Family home visits for December fill up rapidly by October. It is highly recommended to submit your booking request as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time. While our schedule does book up, however, please contact us if you have a last minute need. If we can make something happen for you, we will.
Will Mrs Claus attend the event?
Mrs. Claus frequently attends (at no extra charge), but cannot always make it. If she's available, she can help with crowd control, engaging children, passing out gifts, baking and hot chocolate making, and reading stories
What is your policy regarding photos and videos during the visit?
Photos and videos are highly encouraged! Whether it's a family snapshot on a smartphone or a professional studio setup, Santa Paul loves capturing magical moments. For commercial or promotional video use, please specify your needs in the booking form. For professional photo sessions, personal photography policies are determined by the photographer.
